Lee Reeves
Lee spent 24 years as a USDA/NRCS Soil Conservation Technician. He provides unmatched expertise in conservation planning and securing EQIP/CSP funding because, not only does he have behind the scenes knowledge of how these programs operate, he is also an established timber/farmland owner and wildlife manager himself.
Managing Partner
Chelsie Gladden
Chelsie oversees basic operations, finances, marketing, and business development. She also leases and manages 1000+ acres with years of personally experiencing the quality of service Lee can provide.

Jeb specializes in building quality habitat for deer, quail , and other wildlife to thrive.
